EXTRADITION
The Chinese Extradition Ordinance, 1889.
order by the Officer Administering the Government to a
Magistrate to issue his Warrant.
By HIS EXCELLENCY CLAUD SEVERN, Officer Administering
the Government and Commander-in-chief of the Colony of
Hongkong and its Dependencies.
To
Francis Arthur Hazeland and John Roskruge Wood,
Esquiros, Magistrates.
WHEREAS requisition has been made to me by Lung Tutu,
an officer of the Chinese Government, for the surrender of
Chung Hilure silen Chung Sau Nam (4) late of
Canton, accused of the commission of the otime of larceny
within the jurisdiction of China: Now I hereby by this
order under my hand and seal signify to you that such
requisition has been made and require you to issue your
warrant for the apprehension of such fugitive.
GIVEN under my hand and seal at Victoria, Hongkong,
this 11th day of November, 1913.
